With the search for April continuing and Jacob’s special A&E episode set to air, fans won’t want to miss any of the action.

So here’s what time Emmerdale will be hitting your TV screens this week.

New Year schedule for Emmerdale

The schedule for Emmerdale this week will see the soap air in its regular 7.30pm slot for half hour on Monday, December 30.

On New Year’s Eve it will start slightly later, at 7.45pm, finishing at 8.15pm.

On New Year’s Day, just like Christmas Day, Emmerdale will air at the earlier time of 6.30pm for half hour. There will then be an hour long episode of the soap on Thursday, January 2.

This will air between 7pm and 8pm.

On Friday, January 3, Emmerdale returns to the 7.30pm slot, where it will air for half hour.
